WATER RESOURCES ACT 1991, SCHEDULE 10 AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the above Act than an application has been made to the Environment Agency by H. Woolridge for consent to discharge up to 4.86 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to a culverted tributary of the River Arrow from a sewage treatment plant serving 6 dwellngs at The Old Brickworks, off Scarfield Hill, Alvechurch, Birmingham B48 7SF, at National Grid Reference SP 0207 7237. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Team Leader, Water Quality Consents at the Agency’s offices at Riversmeet House, Newtown Industrial Estate, Northway Lane, Tewkesbury, Gloucester GL20 8JG, during the period 8th September 1999 to 20th October 1999, quoting reference CP/LS/61044. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at the Agency’s offices at the above address and at Olton Court, 10 Warwick Road, Olton, Solihull, West Midlands B92 7HX.
