Notice is hereby given that the entire interests of South Ferry #2, of One State Street Plaza, New York, NY 10004, held in respect of that Company’s position as one of the Limited Partners in CCP VI LP No. 2.2, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No. LP5393, were assigned by a Deed of Assignment dated 2nd September 1999, in favour of Horizons Cayman Trading Limited, of c/o W. S. Walker & Co., Walker House, PO Box 265, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.
