Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 25th June 1999, Travelers Annuity UK Investments LLC transferred to all of the interest held by it in The European Private Equity Fund (“the Partnership”) a Limited Partnership registered in England with No. LP 5821 and that with effect from such date Travelers Annuity UK Investments LLC ceased to be a Limited Partner and Private Selection Fund II, L.P. became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
