Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 9th July 1999, and enrolled in the Royal Courts of Justice of England and Wales on 22nd July 1999, the Nottinghamshire County Council, having parental responsibility for DALEY JOHN STEVEN NEGUS, formerly known as Daley John Steven Parker, of 15 Wings Drive, Hucknall, Nottingham, a minor and British citizen by birth, abandoned on behalf of the said Daley John Steven Negus, the surname of Parker and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Negus.
