NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO STOP UP CORPORATION QUAY, BANNISTER’S ROW AND PART OF OSBORNE ROAD, WISBECH

Take note that Cambridgeshire County Council, the Local Highway Authority, intends to apply to the Wisbech Magistrates’ Court sitting at The Court House, Wisbech, on Wednesday, 6th October 1999, at 10 a.m., for an Order that part of the public highway known as Corporation Quay, Bannister’s Row and part of Osborne Road, Wisbech, be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary.
A plan showing by yellow colouring the land which is the subject of the application may be inspected at the public library, 1 Ely Place, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire PE13 1EU, during: Monday—Closed; Tuesday 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.; Wednesday 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.; Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.; Saturday 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
