At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Linton Lodge Hotel, 13 Linton Road, Oxfordshire, on 12th August 1999, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolutions were duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the same should be wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Peter Bridger of Bridgers, 47 London Street, Reading, Berkshire RG1 4PS, an Insolvency Practitioner, duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding-up.” P.
