THE BROMLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 1998 (AMENDMENT NO. 20) ORDER 1999

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 3rd August 1999 made the above-mentioned Order, under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of, and Part I of Schedule 5 of the Local Government Act 1985, sections 64-81 inclusive and Schedules 6 and 7 of the Road Traffic Act 1991, which will come into operation on 6th September 1999.
The general effect of the Order will be as stated in the notice of proposal published in The London Gazette dated 24th June 1999, Issue No. 55534, Ref. No. (488) in respect of Stone Park Avenue, Beckenham.
A copy of the Order and relevant drawing may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order at the Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of the making of the Orders, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
