Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held on 1st September 1999, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and of determining whether the Liquidator shall have his release. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with A. H. Tomlinson & Co., St. John’s Court, 72 Gartside Street, Manchester M3 3EL, no later than 12 noon on the preceding business day. 30th July 1999.
