Notice is hereby given that by Deed Polls dated 8th April 1999 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 21st May 1999, Wadood Izzet Gharbawi and Cherine Afif Samadi, both of 28 Lennox Gardens, London SW1X 0DQ, a married couple, and the father and mother and legal guardians of AYA GHARBAWI, who was formerly known as Aya Samadi-Gharbawi, of 28 Lennox Gardens, aforesaid, a minor and a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1 abandoned on behalf of Aya Gharbawi the surname of Samadi-Ghabarwi and assumed in lieu thereof the surname Gharbawi; and of YASSMINA GHARBAWI, who was formerly known as Yasamina Samadi-Gharbawi, of 28 Lennox Gardens, aforesaid, a minor and a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1 abandoned on behalf of Yassmina Gharbawi the forename Yasamina and the surname of Samadi-Ghabarwi and assumed in lieu thereof the forename Yassmina and the surname Gharbawi; and of GHALIA GHARBAWI, who was formerly known as Ghalia Samadi-Gharbawi, of 28 Lennox Gardens, aforesaid, a minor and a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1 abandoned on behalf of Ghalia Gharbawi the surname of Samadi-Ghabarwi and assumed in lieu thereof the surname Gharbawi.
