PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1990 PART 1
INTEGRATED POLLUTION CONTROL

Notice is hereby given that Archimica Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for an Integrated Pollution Control (IPC) authorisation to operate a Type A Process at Prince William Avenue, Sandycroft, in the Borough/District Deeside in the County of Flintshire.
Information relating to the above IPC application for authorisation to be operated the Carbonxylic Acid Derivatives process is held in registers at The Environment Agency Wales, Chester Road, Buckley, Flintshire CH7 3AJ; and Director of Public Protection, Flintshire County Council, St. David’s Park, Ewloe, Deeside, Flintshire CH5 3PW.
Members of the public can inspect these registers, free of charge, at the above stated addresses during normal office hours. In addition, members of the public who wish to obtain a copy of the relevant information contained in the registers can do so upon the payment of a reasonable charge to cover the costs of copying.
Any objections or representations to the above IPC application should be made in writing to the Environment Agency, Chester Road, Buckley, Flintshire CH7 3AJ, within 28 days from the date of this public notice.
Any such objections or representations will be entered into a public register unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not be so placed. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there had been a request.
In this case there will be included in the register a statement indicating only that representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
