NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT AND OF PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO PROPOSALS FOR A LOCAL PLAN
BOLSOVER DISTRICT LOCAL PLAN
The local inquiry into these plan proposals has been held and the report of the person holding the inquiry has been considered by Bolsover District Council. Bolsover District Council proposes to modify these plan proposals. Details of the proposed modifications (other than modifications which the authority is satisfied will not materially affect the content of the plan proposals), with the authority’s reasons for proposing them, has been deposited at the offices of Bolsover District Council in Bolsover, South Normanton, Shirebrook and Clowne, for inspection by the public. Copies have also been placed in Public Libraries throughout the district for inspection only. (These are at Pinxton, South Normanton, Shirebrook, Bolsover, Creswell, Clowne and Whitwell.) Copies of the proposed modifications document can be purchased from the Planning Services Manager at Sherwood Lodge, Bolsover (address above). Send a cheque for £15 (includes postage and packing), and quote payment code 3120 2140. Individual pages can be purchased at the Council’s normal copying rates. Cheques should be made payable to Bolsover District Council. The modifications can also be inspected on the Council’s web site at www.bolsover.gov.uk from mid August. Also available for inspection are copies of the plan proposals (as published in December 1997), the authority’s statement of reasons and decisions as respects objections to the plan proposals, and the authority’s statement of reasons and decisions in the light of the report. The authority intends to accept all of the recommendations in the report. Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposed modifications should be sent in writing to Graham Clarke, Planning Services Manager, Bolsover District Council, Sherwood Lodge, Bolsover, Chesterfield S44 6NF, before 4.15 p.m. on Friday, 10th September 1999. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the plan proposals. Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals If no objections are received during the period given for making objections, Bolsover District Council intends to adopt the proposals on the expiry of that period.
