WATER RESOURCES ACT 1991: SCHEDULE 10 (AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency Wales, by J. R. and M. J. Evans for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 3.6 cubic metres of treated sewage effluent to Afon Cib, at National Grid Reference SN 6348 2126, from Ty Cefin Tregib, Ffairfach, Llandeilo SA19 6TD.
Any person who wishes to make respresentations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency Wales, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 10th September 1999, quoting ref. EP/WQ/RC&C/LM/BP0279901.
A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency Wales, Llys Afon, Hawthorn Rise, Haverfordwest SA61 2BH.
