Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a Dividend to Creditors of the above-named Debtor. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 6th August 1999, to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned, Andrew Dick, of 1 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston PR1 8BU, the Trustee in Bankruptcy, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due from the Bankrupt and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or otherwise evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the declaration of any Dividend is not entitled to disturb by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of the Dividend or any other Dividend declared before this debt was proved.
