Meetings of Creditors

RICHMOND FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITEDNotice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors in the above matter was held at the Cumberland Hotel, Marble Arch, London W.2, on 23rd June 1999, for the purpose of considering the proposals by the Joint Administrators under section 23(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, to consider establishing a Creditors’ Committee, to endeavour to effect an orderly realisation of assets to maximise asset realisations to authorise the Joint Administrators to carry out any other acts without reference to a General Meeting of Creditors, and to consider implementing a Company Voluntary Arrangement.
