Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Norfolk Plaza Hotel, 29-33 Norfolk Square, Paddington, London W2, on 6th July 1999, at 2.30 p.m., for the purpose mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. Michael Ioannou, of Gregory Michaels & Co., 6 Southwick Mews, Paddington, London W2 1JG, is a person qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company who will, up to the day before the Meeting, furnish Creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
