Notice is hereby given that as from 1st April 1999, Clive Henry Phillips and Ian William Vickery Saul retire as Partners from the firm George Ide, Phillips, carrying on business of Solicitors which hitherto subsisted between Clive Henry Phillips, Jeffrey Richard Hopkins, Julian Gregory Bobak, Robert William Enticott, Anthony John Goff, Christopher Alan Powell, Fraser John Stanley Poole, Louise Ursula Watt, Ian Peter Oliver and Ian Hague Mellor. All debts due and owing by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by Jeffrey Richard Hopkins, Julian Gregory Bobak, Robert William Enticott, Anthony John Goff, Christopher Alan Powell, Fraser John Stanley Poole, Louise Ursula Watt, Ian Peter Oliver, Ian Hague Mellor and Claire Jeanette Watson, who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm name of George Ide, Phillips. 24th June 1999.
