NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF BUSINESS

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraph 8(6) of Part II of Schedule 2C to the above Act that the Financial Services Authority has approved a transfer of certain general business from ORG Re UK Insurance Limited (formerly Skandia UK Insurance plc) to Skandia Insurance Company Limited (publ).
