Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on 25th June 1999 made the above Orders, the general effect of which would be to remove certain meter parking bays in the following streets and replace them with Pay and Display parking facilities. These changes will involve no loss in existing parking capacity. Addison Crescent; Addison Road; Aubrey Walk; Barkston Gardens, Berkeley Gardens; Bolton Gardens; Bramham Gardens; Brunswick Gardens; Campden Hill; Campden Hill Gardens; Campden Hill Road; Campden Hill Square; Campden Street; Collingham Gardens; Collingham Place; Collingham Road; Courtfield Gardens; Eardley Crescent; Earls Court Gardens; Earls Court Square; Edge Street; Edwardes Square; Elsham Road; Farm Place; Gloucester Walk; Hillgate Street; Holland Park; Holland Park Gardens; Holland Park Road; Holland Road; Holland Villas Road; Ilchester Place; Kempsford Gardens; Kensington Church Street; Kensington Place; Kenway Road, Knaresborough Place; Logan Place; Longridge Road; Lower Addison Gardens; Melbury Road; Napier Road; Nevern Place; Nevern Square; Old Brompton Road; Palace Gardens Terrace; Pembroke Gardens; Pembroke Road; Pembroke Square; Pembroke Villas; Penywern Road; Philbeach Gardens; Radnor Terrace; Russell Gardens; Russell Road; Sheffield Terrace; St. Mary Abbots Place; Templeton Place; Trebovir Road; Upper Addison Gardens; Uxbridge Street; Warwick Gardens; Warwick Road; West Cromwell Road. Copies of the Orders which will come into operation for all purposes on 11th October 1999 and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Orders were made in The Traffic Section, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, telephone 0171-361 2519. Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
