At a Meeting of the Shareholders of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 89 Bridge Road, Oulton Broad, on 11th June 1999, the following Resolutions were passed as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue in business, and that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that C. R. Ashe, of Lovewell Blake, 89 Bridge Road, Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, Suffolk, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” D. R. E. Moore, Director
