Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Benedict McQueen, 3-4 Mulgrave Court, Mulgrave Road, Sutton, Surrey SM2 6LF, on Thursday, 22nd July 1999, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
