Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 27th May 1999, Barclays Pension Funds Trustees Limited assigned to The Church Commissioners for England part of the interest held by it in the Regent Retail Parks Partnership, a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP006175 and that with effect from 27th May 1999 The Church Commissioners for England also became a Limited Partner in the Regent Retail Parks Partnership.
