Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 27th April 1999, Barclays Pension Funds Trustees Limited assigned to Stargas Nominees Limited part of the interest held by it in the Whitgift Shopping Centre Partnership, a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP005657 and that with effect from 27th April 1999 Stargas Nominees Limited also became a Limited Partner in the Whitgift Shopping Centre Partnership.
