In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 3447 of 1999 In the Matter of DUNCAN JAMES MACNAUGHTON AND AMANDA MACNAUGHTON ENVIROMAC and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Duncan James Macnaughton and Amanda Macnaughton Enviromac (a Partnership) whose principal place of business was 47 Megson Way, Walkington, East Riding of Yorkshire HU17 8YA, presented on 21st May 1999 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Washington VAT Office, Coniston House, Town Centre, Washington, Tyne and Wear NE38 7RN, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 30th June 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
