THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND-UPON-THAMES WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO.  ) TRAFFIC ORDER 1999

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames propose to make the above Order under section 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991.
The general effect of the Order will be to increase the waiting restrictions on the north-eastern side of Cambridge Road, Twickenham, between the junctions with Richmond Road and Denton Road to apply at any time.
Copies of the draft Order, of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and of a plan showing the road or lengths of road affected by the Order, may be inspected at the Civic Centre (2nd Floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham, between the hours of 9.15 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.
Persons desiring to object to the proposals should write to the Head of Highways and Transport, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ, within 21 days of the date of this notice, giving the grounds of their objection.
