NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Cutler Underwriting Agencies Limited (No. 01380492) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 when the Company was dissolved on 25th January 1996, pursuant to section 201 of the Insolvency Act 1986, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises demised by a lease dated 18th March 1983, and made between East-City Properties Limited (1) and James Burness & Sons (Chartering) Limited (2) situated at Third Floor Offices, 57-60 Aldgate High Street, London, the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 25th March 1999.
