A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of: (a) receiving an account of the conduct of the winding-up, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and (b) determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
