NOTICE OF RECOGNITION OF A NATURAL MINERAL WATER

Notice is given that Chiltern District Council, King George V Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, England, being satisfied with the information provided concerning Hydro-geological description: Physical and chemical characteristics of the water; Micro-biological analyses; Toxic substances; Freedom from pollution; and Stability, has granted recognition to Weir House Natural Mineral Water from bore hole, 1 Weir House Spring, Latimer Road, Chesham, Buckinghamshire, as a Natural Mineral Water, in accordance with Regulation 4 and Schedule 1 of the Natural Mineral Water Regulations 1985.
