At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 8 High Street, Yarm, Stockton-on-Tees TS15 9AE, on 26th May 1999, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that J. H. Madden, of John B. Taylor & Co., 8 High Street, Yarm, Stockton-on-Tees TS15 9AE, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” D. E. Wright, Chairman
