PERRY EQUIPMENT (UK) LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Rymer Point, Barnham, Thetford, Norfolk IP24 2PN, on 18th May 1999, at 11 a.m., the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Andrew D. Conquest, of Grant Thornton, Crown House, Crown Street, Ipswich IP1 3HS, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” This notice refers to Company number 699778 which is solvent and has been dormant since 1994. The notice does not refer to other Companies bearing the “Perry Equipment” name which are trading and not in Liquidation. The Liquidation has been undertaken for group reorganisation purposes only.
