NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that Bell Farming, of Manor Farm, Spalford, Newark, Nottinghamshire NG23
7HF, are applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial No. 3/28/69/276/G,
which authorises the abstraction of water from underground strata at National Grid
Reference SK 8392 7020, at South Clifton, Nottinghamshire. The variations being applied
for are to increase the area of land to be irrigated, and to increase the amount to
be abstracted from 20,500 to 27,273 cubic metres per year. The hourly and daily rates
will remain the same.
A copy of the application and of any map, plan or other document submitted with it
may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Manor Farm, Spalford,
Newark, Nottinghamshire, between 29th May and 28th June 1999.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so
in writing to the Environment Agency, Scarrington Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham
NG2 5FA, before the end of the said period.
