The Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of receiving an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidator and of the conduct of the winding-up under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and determining whether the Liquidator shall have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at Richard J.
