Notice is given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Clark & Lowman, 305 Parramatta, The Butlers Wharf Building, Tower Bridge, London SE1 2EY, on Monday, 5th July 1999, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and the Liquidator shall be disposed of. Members wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Members attending in person) lodge their proxies at the office of Clark & Lowman no later than 12 noon on Friday, 2nd July 1999.
