Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10(1) of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, by Aircast Limited Partnership (registration number LP 5287), whose principal place of business is at Douglas House, 16-18 Douglas Street, London SW1P 4PB, that Aircast International Partnership has transferred its entire interest as a limited Partner in Aircast Limited Partnership to Aircast International Sales, LLC, which has been admitted as a new Limited Partner to the Aircast Limited Partnership with effect from 3rd May 1999. There has been no other change in the details of the Limited Partnership. The business of the Limited Partnership, being the distribution and sale of therapeutical aids remains unchanged and will continue. The capital contributions of the Partners remains the same, with Aircast International Sales, LLC having contributed the same amount to the Partnership as Aircast International Partnership, being £10,000.
