THE HAVERING (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO.  ) TRAFFIC ORDER 199

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Havering, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
The general effect of the Order would be to impose one-way working, from west to east, for all vehicles proceeding in Little Gerpins Lane.
A copy of the proposed Order, the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and a plan showing the location and effect of the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until 11th June 1999, at the Directorate of Environment & Planning Reception, 7th Floor, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford.
Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection or representations and the grounds thereof to the Head of Transportation and Engineering, London Borough of Havering, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford, Essex RM1 3SL, by 11th June 1999.
