PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER SECTION 11 OF THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 1990 PART 1
INTEGRATED POLLUTION CONTROL
Notice is hereby given that BIP Ltd, has applied to the Environment Agency for an Integrated Pollution Control (IPC) authorisation to operate a “The Manufacture and Use of Organic Chemicals” process at PO Box 3180, Tat Bank Road, Oldbury, Warley, West Midlands B69 4PG, in the Borough/District “Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council” in the county of the West Midlands. Information relating to the above IPC application for authorisation to operate the manufacture of amino resins process is held in registers at the following locations: Environment Agency, Sentinel House, Wellington Crescent, Fradley Park, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 8RR; Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, Flash Road, Oldbury, Warley B69 4AF. Members of the public can inspect these registers, free of charge, at the above-stated addresses during normal office hours. In addition, members of the public who wish to obtain a copy of the relevant information contained in the register can do so upon the payment of a reasonable charge to cover the costs of copying. Any objections or representations to the above IPC application should be made in writing to the Environment Agency, Sentinel House, Wellington Crescent, Fradley Park, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 8RR, within 28 days from the date of this public notice. Any objections or representations will be entered into a public register unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not be so placed. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been a request. In this case there will be included in the register a statement indicating only that representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
