Notice is hereby given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between us the undersigned, Peter J. Williams and Angus K. Gordon carrying on the business of P J Williams & Co, at Clifford House, 15 Clifford Street, London W1X 1RF, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 24th March 1999, and that all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by P J Williams & Co Limited and P & R Investbureau AG who will continue to carry on the business under the name of Pasenau Williams & Co, of Clifford House, 15 Clifford Street, London W1X 1RF.
