Notice is given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between us the undersigned Alan Eglington of Dormastiles, Heighington, Darlington and Paul Carling of 6 Manorfields, Hurworth, Darlington as Chemists at 99 North Road, Darlington, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 31st March 1999, and that all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the former Partners. The undersigned Paul Carling continues to carry on business at 99 North Road, Darlington, commencing on and from 1st April 1999, in Partnership with his wife Jane Alison Carling. A. Eglington and P.
