THE A4 TRUNK ROAD (HILLINGDON AND HOUNSLOW) RED ROUTE TRAFFIC ORDER 1997 VARIATION ORDER 199
The Traffic Director for London, following a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991 to implement a Trunk Road Local Plan, hereby gives notice that he intends to make the above-named Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general nature and effect of the Order would be to convert the existing loading boxes located outside 752 to 7758 and 628 to 630 Bath Road to parking boxes. The boxes will permit parking for a maximum of 20 minutes and will be operational from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Saturday. A gap will be provided between the new parking box outside 628 to 630 Bath Road and the existing parking box outside 634 to 638 Bath Road to allow access to an existing vehicle footway crossover. The road affected by the Order is the A4 Bath Road in the London Borough of Hounslow. A copy of the Order, a statement of the Traffic Director for London’s reasons for the proposals, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of: The Traffic Director for London, College House, Great Peter Street, London SW1P 3LN; and Hounslow Borough Council, The Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN. Any objection to the proposed Order must be made in writing, giving the grounds on which it is made, and sent to the Traffic Director for London, College House, Great Peter Street, London SW1P 3LN, quoting Ref.
