THE CAMDEN (PARKING PLACES) (CA-G) (SPA) (AMENDMENT NO. ) TRAFFIC ORDER 199
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general effect of the Order will be to change the existing parking layout to accommodate the new entrances to the Parcelforce depot in Royal College Street and St. Pancras Way. A copy of the proposed Order, a plan showing the location and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing the Order, may be inspected or purchased during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, at the Environment Department Reception, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wanting to object or make any other representations to the proposed Order, should send a statement in writing of their objection and specify the grounds thereof and address it to the Director of Environment Department, Traffic Management section, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8EQ, to reach us by 14th May 1999, within a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
