Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that on 15th March 1999: (i) the general partner, Cinven Capital Management Limited, assigned its entire interest (including a capital contribution of £936) in the above Limited Partnership to a new general partner, Cinven Capital Management (SF No. 1) Limited Partnership (a Scottish limited partnership); (ii) a limited partner, Cinven Partnership Services Limited, assigned its entire interest (including a capital contribution of £46,521) in the above limited partnership to a new limited partner, Cinven Nominees (SF No. 1) Limited; and (iii) a limited partner, Lorraine London, assigned her entire interest (including a capital contribution of £10) in the above limited partnership to a new limited partner, Kevin John Whale.
