Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that on 15th March 1999: (i) the General Partner, Cinven Capital Management Limited, assigned its entire interest (including a capital contribution of £1,000) in the above limited Partnership to a new general partner, Cinven Capital Management (FF) Limited Partnership (a Scottish Limited Partnership); and (ii) a Limited Partner, Cinven Partnership Services Limited, assigned its entire interest (including a capital contribution of £47,750) in the above Limited Partnership to a new limited partner, Cinven Nominees (FF) Limited.
