NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995), that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council for consent to discharge treated sewage effluent at Carr Green Recreation Ground, Carr Green Lane, Rastrick, West Yorkshire, into land at National Grid Reference SE 1407 2112. Any person who wishes to make representations or objections with respect to the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, North East Region, Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds LS11 8PG, for the attention of Simon Bullett, not later than 10th May 1999. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the local Environment Agency office at Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds LS11 8PG, on weekdays, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., up to 10th May 1999.
