Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Companies will be held at 69-71 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JP, on Monday, 26th April 1999, at 11 a.m., to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following Ordinary Resolutions: “That the Liquidator’s statement of account for the period of the Liquidation be approved and that the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator be disposed of as the Liquidator sees fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.” A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her.
