In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 980 of 1999 In the Matter of GAMES OPERATING DEVELOPMENT SYSTEMS and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Games Operating Development Systems, a Partnership, whose principal place of business is Treetops, Burnopfield, Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear NE16 6QA, presented on 10th February 1999 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Washington VAT Office, Coniston House, Town Centre, Washington, Tyne and Wear NE38 7RN, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 31st March 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 30th March 1999.
