At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held at Columbia Centre, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1PA, on 8th March 1999, at 10 a.m., the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kenneth Stephen Chalk, of Columbia Centre, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1PA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” K.
