Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Elliot, Woolfe & Rose, Premier House, 112 Station Road, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7TT, on 19th April 1999, at 10.15 a.m., for the purposes of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and also determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator should be disposed of. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting of Members is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member. M. L.
