NOVA MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between David Allen and Savino Guerra carrying on business as Precision CNC Machining and General Engineers under the style or firm name of NOVA MECHANICAL ENGINEERING has been dissolved as from 23rd December 1998 as far as concerns Savino Guerra who retires from the said firm. All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by David Allen who will continue to carry on the said business as a sole trader trading as Nova Mechanical Engineering.
