NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that M. A. and H. V. Medler, of Mingay Farm, Haveringland, Norfolk, are applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 7/34/11/S/360, to abstract water from reservoir intercepting springs and ditches at National Grid Reference TG 155 224 at Quebec Farm, Haveringland, in the county of Norfolk. The variation being applied for is an increase in the area of land on which the water is to be used, there is no variation in the quantities of water. The water will be used for spray irrigation. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Mingay Farm, Haveringland, Norfolk, between 12th March and 12th April 1999. Any person who wishes to make representations about this application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, Eastern Area, Cobham Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 9JE, before the end of the said period.
