Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 9 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that on 25th February 1999, SFE Investments Limited transferred all the interests held by it in Doughty Hanson & Co Funds II Partnership Number Four (“Partnership Number 4”) to Uberior Investments plc and thereupon Uberior Investments plc became a Limited Partner in Partnership No 4 in substitution for SFE Investments Limited.
