Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Redman Nichols, Maclaren House, Skerne Road, Driffield, East Yorkshire YO25 7QB, on 23rd March 1999, at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of and giving an explanation of that account, and determining whether the Liquidator shall have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
